- MT-302 and MT-303 are in vivo CAR therapies from CREATE Medicines' multi-immune in vivo CAR platform, in Phase 1/2 clinical development for solid tumors
- Paired pre- and on-treatment tumor biopsies were profiled by in situ spatial transcriptomics (10x Xenium), resolving CAR+ cells and the surrounding microenvironment at single-cell resolution within the same lesion
- First spatially resolved clinical evidence localizing in vivo generated CAR+ myeloid cells within tumor tissue, establishing where in the lesion CAR activity occurs
- On-treatment biopsies show T-cell recruitment, immune engagement, and tumor remodeling
- Spatial readouts inform rational combination design; MT-302 and MT-303 are now in frontline clinical trials and generating unprecedented response data
